In reference to yesterday’s tip the assumption is made that you already know to alternate fingers (RH) 1 to 2 or 2 to 1, and NEVER strike the same finger twice in a row. The ‘drop’ (using the same finger to cross strings in a descending passage) is acceptable in many cases, but not advisable.
